Heald House

When the O’Fallon Community Foundation was formed in 1998, they adopted the preservation of the Darius Heald House in Fort Zumwalt Park as their first project.

Once reconstructed, the Fort will be the only War of 1812 site in the State of Missouri that's open to the public.

The O’Fallon Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that is committed to historic preservation and the promotion of cultural arts in O’Fallon, Missouri.

While you’re here, we invite you to visit the Reading Room, find a fun project for the children or check out some of the exciting historical and cultural events around town. Get to know the people on the Foundation and learn the many ways you can be a part of some very worthwhile projects. You’ll want to come back time and time again as projects progress and new events are posted.
